Contact Debra House at Egan Travel Ltd. for the package. A deposit of $500. will secure your reservation. Balance of payment is due no later than May 20, 2009.

Please note: Deviations from flight dates are subject to a deviation charge and availability is limited.

Cancellations are subject to the following scale of charges:

Prior to May 19, 2009…….$250.
May 20 to June 17 …………50%
June 18 to departure ……….100%.

Responsibility

Oxford Churchmusic, Egan Travel Ltd., their agents and/or suppliers in connection with this trip act only as agents for the traveler, and accept no responsibility for the service of any accommodation, aircraft, motor coach, or any other conveyance used in connection with the trip, nor any delay, loss or accident to travelers or baggage occasioned by such services from whatever cause. In the event it becomes necessary for the comfort or well-being of the participants, or for any other reason, to alter the arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to Oxford Churchmusic or Egan Travel Limited. Oxford Churchmusic, Egan Travel Limited and their agents reserve the right to decline any person as a participant should such person's health or mental condition or general deportment impede the operation of the trip or choir/lecture sessions or the enjoyment of the trip participants. Oxford Churchmusic reserves the right to cancel the trip prior to departure, in which case full refund of all monies paid will constitute full settlement to the participant. Notice to travelers: The Ontario Government requires us to advise anyone traveling outside of Ontario that "Living standards and practices, as well as standards and conditions with respect to the provisions of utilities, sanitary services and the grading of accommodation may differ with Canadian standards."

Rates

Rates are based on exchange rates in effect Jan. 31, 2009. Minor fluctuations in exchange rates will not affect trip price. However, Oxford Churchmusic and Egan Travel Ltd. reserve the right to amend prices should the Canadian dollar depreciate substantially. Except for a price increase that is the result of government taxation or fuel surcharges, if there is an increase in the price of travel services by more than 7% after a deposit has been paid for the trip services, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract for the trip services without penalty.
