Rome and Venice Trip 

The dates are March 11 to 26, staying from the 12th  to 18th in Rome and the 18th to 26th in Venice.  In Rome we will stay at the guest house of the Pallottini Sisters, nuns of the same Pallottini Order who run the guest houses we've stayed at in Salzburg and Vienna. The house is located on the Via Delle Mure Aurelie, 7, about 500 metres from  St. Peter's Square. (http://www.procuramissionariepallottine.it) We'll sing most mornings in our own chapel.

Your conductors will be Tim Elia and Kelly Walker. Your facilitator and main go-to person for all things non-musical is Mary Elia.

On Friday March 18 we will move by chartered coach across Italy to Venice, the only city on earth to truly deserve the term 'unique'. We will stay there at our usual place, Istituto Ciliota, near the Campo San Stefano  ( www.ciliota.it). Once again, we will sing each morning in our own chapel.

The only problem we anticipate with this trip is that some of you may discover, with too much enthusiasm, how much beauty a human being can experience in two weeks. Preparation and pacing beforehand, (not to mention good walking shoes!!)  would be in order. 

Accommodation in both places will be in single and twin/double rooms; in Rome most rooms are ensuite and in Venice all are ensuite. Breakfast is the only meal provided. There are many restaurants and grocery shops near each place.
